The Cutera Xeo, Nd-YAG laser combines the ideal laser wavelength with the most flexible parameters to deliver a superior vascular laser system. It treats a broad range of vascular concerns, including tiny vessels, capillaries, spider veins and deep blue reticular veins quickly, safely, and effectively.
The laser delivers pulses of light energy which causes the blood within the vessel to coagulate, eventually destroying the blood vessels, which is in turn, reabsorbed by your body.

The Cutera Xeo can remove veins from all parts of the body.
Small facial veins (telangiectasia) can be treated quickly and effectively. Spider veins and large blue leg veins can also be treated with excellent results. Cherry angiomas, hemangiomas and other vascular concerns can also be treated after consultation with your therapist or nurse. Larger, knotty, varicose veins are not able to be treated with the laser.

Who is the treatment for?
The Cutera Xeo features a unique design and long wavelength that allows us to treat clients with most skin tones. Treatment is ideal for individuals wanting to reduce spider veins, broken capillaries, cherry angiomas, hemangiomas, and other vascular concerns on the face and body.
How does it feel?
Most clients experience a stinging sensation as the pulses of energy are delivered through the hand piece. The hand piece has a built-in cooling system which is used pre and post delivery of the energy to reduce any discomfort.
Is there downtime?
Some redness or bruising may occur post treatment, depending on the treatment indication. When larger veins are treated, a tan or brownish pigment/discolouration may persist for a few weeks or months following treatment. Other side effects can include local swelling or welting of the skin that has been treated, this typically resolves within 24 hours. We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise and sun exposure 24 hours post treatment.
When will I see a result?
Some clients may see an immediate result or see a significant improvement within 2-6 weeks after treatment. Final results may take 8-12 weeks. We recommend waiting 12 weeks between follow up treatments. Some individuals may require several treatments for desired results.
