Appointment Confirmation:

To help you stay on top of your scheduled treatments, we will send a confirmation SMS 48 hours before your appointment. This message will serve as a reminder and provide an opportunity for you to confirm your attendance or reschedule if necessary. We kindly ask that you respond to this confirmation message to secure your appointment.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you find yourself unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. You can easily do this by replying directly to your confirmation text message. This helps us adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

However, if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your scheduled time or if you do not show up for your appointment, the full amount of your deposit will be retained, or a prepaid treatment will be forfeited. This policy also applies to treatment packages. We implement this policy because late cancellations or no-shows disrupt the smooth operation of our clinic and prevent other clients from receiving the care they need.
